All fine, but heating issues

The steep stairs to the rooms could be a little daunting for those with heavy bags!!! The room’s view was not aligned with the beautiful surroundings I expected, facing a road rather than nature!!!

the staff were super friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. the room was really spacious and clean, with a great view of the river! breakfast was tasty, especially the full english, got us ready for our hike. the location was perfect for exploring the highlands, so many trails nearby. enjoyed a couple of pints at the bar too, nice vibe there.

The views from the room are stunning, with fresh air and breathtaking vistas of the mountains and river right outside. The room itself offers excellent comfort with soft beds, perfect for sinking into after a long day of activities.

The hotel's facilities could use some modernization, as the decor feels quite basic and dated. the breakfast needs to be ordered the night before, limiting last-minute decisions, and the heating in one room can be a bit inconsistent—so bring an extra blanket just in case. The channel selection on the television is also quite limited, which might leave some room for improvement on those cozy nights in.

My stay was exceptional with an immaculate room and stunning views of the river and mountains. The staff were warm and attentive, making everything feel effortless. I particularly enjoyed the delicious lasagne for dinner, even though it could be a bit more generous in portion size. it was a great stay after a long day of exploring the West Highland Way.

Absolutely loved the spacious room with stunning views! Plus, the shower was a revelation. The location was handy for grabbing a quick lunch at the Coop across the road.

The only downside? I was almost tempted to steal those delightful wine glasses! A little more variety in the dinner menu wouldn't hurt either.

Everything about the Highland Getaway was delightful, from the comfortable, clean room with a lovely view to the friendly staff. The food was good, though the lasagna could use a bit more seasoning. A great place to relax after a long day walking in the Highlands.

The charming decor instantly enveloped me in warmth, especially the cozy lounge area where I enjoyed delightful riverside views, making it ideal for leisurely moments.

Additional seating in the restaurant would be appreciated.
